"This house is absolutely perfect for big families. Everyone has their private space while also having large common areas to share with each other. The “casita” is a plus of this rental. An independent 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment ideal for teenagers or a couple with kids. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach (about 200 yds) and great amenities (kayak, paddle board, boogie boards, bikes, board games, and more!) Definitely coming back. Great value for money."

It was very easy to communicate with the manager with regards to getting in and settled as well as recommendations in the area. "Room was basic with 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed, and ceiling fan; nothings else. Since weather is around 87 °F (30°C), nights are terribly hot because ceiling fan was not enough, even worse for the bottom bunk bed where the wind won't reach. Try to open doors or windows at your own risk and mosquitos will eat you alive or perhaps other criters will visit you since there are no mosquito nets around doors/windows. If windows and doors are kept closed, fan will only blow warm air making sleep almost...

"We loved the apartment and having two pools was great. The beach was a very short walk across the road and down a trail and there are restaurants on the doorstep. Santa Teresa is the perfect surf and yoga town, has a good healthy lifestyle feel about it and feels safe. We loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach so if one person had enough of the beach they didn't have to wait for the whole family.
