"Our host Jason went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay at his place. We had support in getting to use a local pool, with groceries and transportation to our next location to mention a few. If you need local insights and super hospitality then go with Jason. The location is in a quiet local neighbourhood and it feels safe to have kids running around outside. "I never wanted to leave! With the beautiful yard, the beach, the tide pools and Cheyo and his wonderful dogs, Sand Dollar Cove was heavenly! We wanted to stay somewhere away from the crowds where we could relax and enjoy the outdoors, and we did! The birds and howler monkeys were plentiful. "What a beautiful home tucked away up in the hills! We had a great overnight there. The house itself was worth the trek there (you need 4x4 to get therr) but the views were tremendous! Wonderful warm welcome from the property manager and the nicest, cutest dogs who became our best friends. Highly recommend this place!"

"When we arrived at Finca Lucky we didn't receive the confirmation email for the key. It was very stressful, as this made me distrustful. We had to ask the neighbors for the phone number of the owner's contact. The house was a mess. The sheets were thrown on the bed. The curtains were not put up. We had to clean everything ourselves. The internet is terrible, it doesn't work well. There are no televisions. I didn't see any maintenance done to the pool. We stayed for 8 days and they didn't have...

"VERY clean property. All as advertised, just note that Casa Iguana is the apartment above the second house at the back of the property. Very nice owners, they leave on the ground floor below and are full of “spot on” advices for activities in the region. Amazing howler monkeys came to eat the papaya tree leaves in front of our balcony, such a stunning experience. Proximity to Samara beach and the small but quiet patio over the natural reserve are definitely the highlights of this rental!"

"Very enjoyable, well managed condo style property 2 blocks from one of the most amazing beaches you’ll ever visit. Great little pool to cool down (or to swim in the hot rain), and very friendly and attentive staff. Sámara is a gem and so is this place. Wish I could have stayed longer."
