Beautiful Waterfront Condo, Boat dock, 2bd/2bath, washer/dryer, great fishing!

Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo looks out over the Laguna Madre Bay. Instant boat access to the Intercoastal waterway and Packery Channel which leads into Laguna Madre and the Gulf of Mexico. We have the best sunset view on the whole island. Washer dryer in the unit, full kitchen, free wifi, three flat screen TVs, cable and did I mention the view.... There is a swimming pool at the clubhouse and a boat dock at the bottom of our stairs. You can fish right off the dock. Our condo has 3 separate balconies and small outdoor grills are located around the property for your use. The condo has been recently remodeled with tile and slate style flooring and all new appliances. Master bedroom has a brand new King bed. Guest bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed. The condo sleeps 5. We have boogie boards, sand toys, swimming floats for the pool and life jackets for small children.

For Winter Texans discount rate we prefer a 2 month rental period (Jan - Feb) and there is no tax charged for long term rentals over 30 days.

This condo was amazing! Stacy had everything well thought out in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked, rooms were cutely decorated, beds were comfortable, the whole house was very clean, and there was a washer and dryer (which we love when we travel)! Just an overall amazing condo. The sunsets over the bay were beautiful. We fished off the dock at night and caught some fun fish. Stacy made the check in/check out process very easy and was also very responsive and accommodating to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend!

Pros: location was amazing for quick access kayak fishing. Also it was a quick drive to the beach. And a walk away to the condo pool. Lots of fans for use in the condo and really well stocked with dishes, cleaning supplies, even board games & having beach toys there was a huge perk! Cons: buildings are on the older side and the condo had cockroaches (which I’m sure is hard to stay on top of being on the bay and so close to the beach) but still I’ve stayed at other places on padre island and haven’t experienced that before. Overall a great stay!

One of the best stays I have had on North Padre Island. Accommodations were top notch and communication was early and often. By far the easiest and best stay yet! Clean environment, and decorated appropriately. Close to everything! Boat dock right out the back with the easy access to the intercostal waterway. Sunset was amazing. Counting the days to stay there again.

Fantastic host at the perfect condo!

Check in/out was easy and the host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making our stay feel warm and inviting. The location is perfect, right on the water with the best sunset views, in a quiet and safe residential area. We were so happy with the offer to extend our stay by an extra night and it was a bonus that they had beach toys available for our 1 year old to use. We will most certainly be back!

Great View!!!

Due to an illness in the family and death, we had to make a quick trip to Corpus for a family emergency. Due to the Memorial Day Holiday, quality lodging was limited. The Necak’s Island Condo was everything as advertised and more. Owner responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The location is easily accessible and the condo was perfect for our family. The 2nd floor unit has a beautiful view of the water. The deck offers a peaceful retreat to watch boats, fishermen and birds. Just after daylight on the first morning we spotted several dolphins swimming in the channel, which was an unexpected treat! We will definitely book again when we are back in the area. This condo is a “10”.

Great location

The best communication with property owners. Wonderful location. Our stay was the best, the property had everything to meet our needs. We had a wonderful time and cought plenty of fish to bring home. I will definitely be booking this property again, cannot wait to go back. The host checked in with us regular making sure our stay was the best. Quick response. The views are lovely from the multiple balconies to the dock. The property was fully stocked from towels, bed linen, dish soap and cleaning supplies and trash bags to keep it tidy.

We were looking to run away for a couple days, and that’s exactly what we did. It was a little home away from home. Everything about it really was so awesome. Stacy was so thoughtful, and attentive. The fishing was awesome. Caught a toad fish, which I didn’t even know existed. The place was spacious for our little family. The view of the sun set was beautiful. It really was amazing. Thank you stacy. You guys support her! You won’t be disappointed.

Great Beach Vacation

Our family had an amazing time in Corpus. The condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the property owner was simple and we had no issues during our stay. Weather was perfect and we caught a lot of fish at the beach, on the jetties and at the condo.

Working vacay

Super convenient location to Corpus, North Padre, Port A and Mustang Island let us enjoy all the beach, bay and coast has to offer while also staying connected to daily work commitments. Nice place on the bay!
