Beautifull small and quiet, place close by Whitecap beach (17 min). My room was clean and the A/C freezing jeje. All nice.

The property itself is really clean and yes you do have to keep your door closed because it is as humid as it says in the description since it’s so close to the water. Only downfall for me was most of the things touched by water in the room had mold around them. The sink had mold under the spout, the shower had mold under the water handle and the soap dispenser had mold under it. I typically bring my own soaps so that wasn’t an issue for me and there was mostly men staying there so maybe it’s just not noticeable to them but it’s something that caught my attention.

I’d like to start by saying the staff was great in accommodating me however the first room ac unit leaked all night and soaked my luggage and the second room was missing a coffee filter so I couldn’t even make a cup of coffee other than being a place to sleep after taking out a boat this place is useless for a small family next time I come I’ll stay at a beachside hotel for the price of this which ended up being the equivalent of an hourly rate motel

Room was great and very clean. Excellent location being so close to the marina and fishing. A few outside chairs would be nice as well as an equipment washdown area for waders etc. 5 stars!!!!

We really enjoyed our time at Bluffs Landing. The location and the room were very clean and hospitable. The staff was very kind and was able to give us some extra towels. The pool was very beautiful, but I can’t speak to how fun it was because it was too cold to swim The morning. Sunrise was absolutely incredible and we did not even need to leave our room. I would give six stars out of five.

Overall stay was ok. Location was great and room was clean. However we were only given 2 towels for the whole 3 night stay. We had to buy towels since we were leaving early and returning to late to ask for more. Then wifi didnt work and we werent able to check in till an hour after check in time.

Hard to get into room, had to keep putting code in. Pillows had a smell of moldey mildew. Walls were paper thin, could hear next door at late hours and the parking was horrible. You had to park behind someone otherwise you would get blocked in. It was clean and nice but the above was a disappointment.

Place was perfect for what we needed. Property manager was available, friendly and very helpful. The best part is the location as it’s across from the marina where we kept our boat for a very reasonable fee. The two businesses are separate but pair quite nicely. Great experience and will return.

We decided to book a last minute trip and we were pleasantly surprised. This was a lovely property. The rooms and the pool area were super clean. Steve was a phenomenal host. This area is quiet and conveniently located by the marina. We are looking forward to the bar and the restaurant opening there. We will definitely be coming back.

I would definitely stay again!!!

Steve the owner just purchased this property 3 days prior to our stay in early June 2025. He has some great idea for the property. He is very friendly and accommodating. The pool was amazing and our son loved it. The rooms were clean and decor was nice. The atmosphere was fun and on site restaurant will be open by July. Can't wait to go back and stay again to try the restaurant.

Owner was very hospitable and friendly. He responded to our request promptly when we told him tv wasn’t working. We asked for an iron and he tried to find one for us. I liked the complimentary appetizer he offered to gursts.

We had a very good stay. The only thing I have that was misleading was the water pictures. We could not do anything by the water. The dock was for another area not included with Lodge. Confusing to us we thought it was included for lodge use. We were down here for family visit.Swimming pool was awesome.
