The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower

The second bedroom is appointed with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. An adjacent bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Spend sunny days on the plunge pool deck (up to 4’-deep). Fire up the large charcoal grill and gather around the large picnic table -- the perfect covered outdoor dining space. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after the beach.

Sip a refreshing beverage on the private balcony, equipped with a bistro table for two.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Each TV has a full cable package. Spectrum 400 MBPS high-speed internet is also provided throughout the home. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, beach gear (towels, chairs, and toys), and a tankless water heater.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

The best rental available in Port Aransas! I have rented many houses here and this one was by far the best. After my original rental was cancelled due to maintenance issues hours before arrival, the property owners of this house came through for our corporate group. Professional service and amazing accommodations! I wish I could give a 100 star rating!

Location was amazing. The mattresses in upstairs were great but springs could be felt in downstairs beds. This unit seems to have a larger outdoor area than the others and the fireworks for the 4th were great from the patio.

Loved the outdoor shower and being able to wash off the beach before going inside. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of room for 10. Furnishings are very nice. Plunge pool was great for the family to enjoy - turf grass surrounded with seating. I’d recommend bringing your own grill though. This one has seen better days.

This property had a great location, is very close to the beach and had nice interior finishes. The cons were that the outdoor pool looked very dirty and there was small pieces trash in the yard. There was also no beach gear like advertised. Vacasa wasn’t responsive when we called to address these issues.

We booked this home for a girls weekend. The home was clean, comfortable and well appointed with plenty of seating in the living and dining room. It also had a small pool and an outdoor shower, which we really enjoyed after a day at the beach. I usually prefer to deal with the host directly when renting a property, but the company who managed this property were easy to deal with. The house had a small deck space off the living room with a bar table and 2 chairs, so we weren't really able to enjoy morning coffee on the deck in our pj's. Four chairs and a small table would have worked better for us in that space. That said, the pool area was large enough to accommodate us when it came to outdoor living. Check out is 10:00 instead of the usual 11:00, however, there is an option to pay for a later checkout if you prefer. And, we were able to check in a little earlier than 4:00 which was really nice. Overall, a great place and a great time!

The house was beautiful inside and very spacious. The pool was disgusting and they never cleaned it. We contacted management and they never got back to us. The management has horrible communication and still has not gotten back to us. We loved the house but would not recommend to others because of the issues encountered.

All is as appears in photos. Bedding is comfortable with ample linens supplied. Enjoyed having the additional beverage cooler downstairs close to the door for cold waters. The children’s table was not functional; all 4-legs were wobbly. Lawn furniture next to pool is very comfortable. The grill needed cleaning prior to use. The kitchen is adequately stocked with utensils. I even baked a BD cake while there and had everything I needed. The kitchen could use added kitchen linens and is in need of pot holders. We loved being so close to the beach - we had a golf cart, but it is an easy walk and so close to the shops in town.

Tons of space for our group of 9! Loved that the two upstairs bedrooms came with their own bathrooms, yet there was still a guest bathroom upstairs. Downstairs bunk room was a hit with our teens and the bathroom downstairs between the two bedrooms was helpful! We appreciated having a mini fridge downstairs to keep our beach drinks in and also appreciated all of the beach towels supplied along with canopy, chairs and sand toys. Everything was super clean and ready for our visit. We will definitely return!

What a gorgeous new home! Everything was really nicely appointed and they had everything we needed in the kitchen and they even had pool toys. I will say that if your group has large trucks - it is difficult to fit 3 heavy duty one ton trucks in the 3 parking spots available. But we made it work. It was the perfect house for our family beach get away. We would totally stay here again! :)

This house was very cute, located half a mile from the beach. We rented a golf cart to make to & from easier. The kitchen was well-stocked (no Tupperware for leftovers) but everything else we needed was there! Also very quiet- hurricane proof windows = noise proof! The only con was there was no heated pool as advertised. I selected this home specifically for that option since we came at the end of March and was very disappointed when we found out it wasn’t heated when we called someone to turn the heat on. Honestly I would have selected another house had I known that. However, if you’re coming during the summer, that’s obviously not an issue.

It was the perfect place to stay in Port A for our family!

The primary reason we chose property was for the heated pool. We knew it was going to be cold during our stay and wanted to at-least enjoy the heated pool. On the second day late afternoon we were told the pool wasn’t heated as we were waiting all day for it to heat up. She told us it would take a couple hours to get warm. And then later after asking again how to turn on the heat told us “oh its not heated”, had to screen shot and show her on the vrbo site where it shows private heated pool on the description. Didnt respond whatsoever after we sent screenshot! The first night we got there we had trouble with lock box. Fixed that issue on our own. Then discovered the gas metered had been locked by gas company due to a leak. They told us they would compensate us for the night which they eventually did after going back and forth a bit. They told us they would have someone out to fix the gas the next morning, showed up after 10:00 am. Could not have baths or a shower the night we arrived or prepare dinner for the family. Finally was able to make a late breakfast on day two. Just over all, I am really disappointed with the amount of money we paid to enjoy a spring break vacation and nothing the property description said was relevant. The place was cute but not sure when it had last been cleaned or attended to. The maids would have realized the gas issue if they had checked on the place or cleaned prior to our arrival. Also the master bathroom with the big soaker tub, the shower doesnt drain and the bathroom floor gets really wet. The rotten floor boards show it has been leaking for some time. Really cute condo but advertising was misleading and gas issue was an inconvenience. I brought my own cleaning supplies and left it much cleaner than when we arrived for the next tenants.
