I'm going to give it a four, but I'm probably being generous.
First, the place was very cute, clean and well kept. We were very comfortable in the home.
However, it had no Wifi, which is a bit absurd in this day and age. Also, we could never get the TV to work in one of the bedrooms and it was challenge getting it to work downstairs in the LR. Also, no clothes hangers were provided in the entire house -- also a bit absurd. But if you know those things and can prepare for them, your stay should be fine.
The location is a bit secluded and about 10 or 15 minutes to Port A. I'm fine with that, but just so you know before you go. Outside, the mosquitoes were brutal, but that's a problem for a lot of the area as a result of last year's storm. Also, while we were at the beach, a neighbor noticed a rattlesnake in the front yard and did us the favor of killing it. That night, a raccoon apparently carried off the body for a nice meal. As a native West Texan, none of that bothered me, but the natural setting may not be for everyone.
Enjoy your visit!
