As you walk in the door you will find the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that is perfect for family gatherings and shared meals. This warm and inviting two-story condo features modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a private WIFI network, and an electronic coded door lock for enhanced security. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table that seats four, a breakfast bar for two, a 12-cup coffee maker, and more.

On the second floor you will find all three bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom featuring a garden tub and double sinks. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third includes a full bed, with both sharing access to a small private balcony. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located down the hallway. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep essentials clean after a day at the beach. You can securely store fishing poles, surfboards, and other gear in the private garage, a rare feature on the island.

The La Joya de la Costa complex offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay, including a sparkling swimming pool, poolside loungers, chairs, and a gazebo with picnic tables. CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
