La Mirage Condominiums Condo 222 is a one-bedroom, one-bath vacation rental in Port Aransas! This wonderful condo sleeps four with one queen in the master bedroom, plus a full sized sofa sleeper.

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living room. All the appliances are newly replaced in 2023:

The kitchen has a toaster oven with air fryer/convention oven/broiler
The refrigerator/freezer has an icemaker
The coffee maker is a Keurig K-Duo Special Edition Coffee Maker
The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils/blender/rice maker/knife collection and food storage to suit large or small meals
The dining room has a three-speed fan with lighting, and seating for 4. In addition, there are two bar height stools for people who like to watch the cook or dine solo.

The living room is equipped with:

Leather Lazy Boy recliner
Two chaise lounges and full sized sleeper sofa
58” inch Hisense Roku TV/LG sound bar (HDMI & USB connectors)/DVD/Cable TV and Wi-Fi
Two floor adjustable LED lamps with 3 modes and 3 brightness levels
There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite master bathroom.

The Nightstand Lamps are Touch Control Table Lamps with 2 USB Charging Ports &1 AC Outlet. The bedside tables also have 2 USB ports and a nightlight
TV in the master bedroom is an LG 43” with cable and an independent Roku box
Massage Recliner with Ottoman – massager has 5 intensity levels and 9 massage modes with 360-degree swivel chair
Luggage rack
The laundry room has a modern washer & dryer for guest use and 9 hooks for towels, etc. plus a folding station

The spacious balcony provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm gulf breeze!
There are 3 standard sized chairs, large round table, 2 bar height chairs/with matching table, 2 gliders, 1 chaise lounge and 2 small chair height tables
There is a great view of the both the Gulf or Mexico and Corpus Christi Bay
The 2nd floor level South-West side of La Mirage condos have the best combination of constant sunshine and shade, regardless of the season
All three area rugs in the entry corridor, dining room and living room are "Ruggables" and machine washed every 3 months.
