Introducing Spring Showers SS523G. It may be small but nothing has been left out. The full kitchen has everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal. The Queen size bed has top quality linens and the spa like bathroom is right off of the bedroom area. There is even a super comfy couch to lounge on in the evening. This cottage is centrally located to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars that Port Aransas has to offer. No pets allowed at this property. Parking is for 1 vehicle max. STR#541196

Great little spot in Port A, close to many dining options and not too far from the beach. The cottage is clean and well equipped, and the check in and check out were easy and painless. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little gem

Great, clean and updated place in the middle of town. Perfect for two. There is everything one needs. Suggestion for improvement: Water in the shower was not warm, more hooks to hang towels would be nice.

Cottage Stay

The property was nice and clean. The check-in and check-out process was smooth as well and it was convenient being in walking distance to so many things. The only complaints we had was that the shower water would not stay warm for more than two minutes, the mattress was pretty cheap so it was hard to sleep comfortably, and the AC struggled to keep the cottage cool. If those aren't things that would bother you, then this place is perfect!

Babymoon!

We had a great time here on our babymoon. This is so close to everything! We couldn't be happier with our trip. We had everything we needed in the condo and if we needed extra supplies, the store, restaurants and shopping were in walking distance. Will be coming back in the future.

Perfect Little Getaway

Perfect distance from the beach. Rented a golf cart and were able to be at the beach within just a few minutes. Super cute property also. Will definitely be back!

Great place and location!

Great place and location! Close to everything, very clean and supplied with all the essentials. Although we had an AC problem we called management and they were out within 30 minutes fix the AC and three hours later the maintenance man returned to make sure that our AC was still working. Wonderful place and we’ll definitely be back !

Inside of bungalow was cute and very clean and furnished nicely, although 2 towels for a 4day/3 nite stay is not sufficient. Exterior needs maintenance. Outdoor fixtures very corroded.

Weekend get away

Great place but really should fix/update internet router and Wi-Fi, add a couple blankets or heavy comforter for clients to sleep better, no ceiling fan so a small table fan would help as well or put on the listing for clients to bring with.Otherwise worth every penny! Cute homey place.

Property was clean, cute and homey. Great location a few blocks from the beach and near the intersection of the two main roads. Only issue was that there wasn’t really anyplace to hang towels in the bathroom. Before we got there we were led to believe there would be no soap or shampoo, so we brought our own. However, it was all there as it should be. Only thing they didn’t have was extra garbage bags. All-in-all we enjoyed it and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for about a week for the 4th of July, and it was perfect! I drive a truck so the small parking lot wasn't ideal, but the proximity to the beach more than made up for it. This felt bigger than expected and was equipped with everything we needed for a week long stay. The size didn't bother us and in my opinion is manageable for 2 people. The kitchen was fully stocked and the dresser provided enough space for our clothes and belongings for the full week. The bathroom is pretty small so we got creative and used a kitchen drawer for our toiletries and carried them over when we needed them. Everything was very clean, the AC and appliances worked great, and we didn't experience any issues aside from a roach slipping in through the front door on our third night - they sort of swarm at night in the gravel out front but we kept them away with the porch light.More than anything, we enjoyed that we were walking distance away from the beach, local nightlife, coffee shops, gas stations, and grocery stores. Some of our favorites were the lattes at Coffee Waves, bar hopping through karaoke at the Salty Dog Saloon, watching the fireworks and enjoying prickly pear margs from Bier Haus, the sunset dolphin cruse at Deep Sea Headquarters, and visiting the Texas State Aquarium (about a 45 minute drive into Corpus Christi, but SO worth it).I didn't interact too much with the property management other than to call and confirm we were booked because the confirmation email took 1 business day and I panicked (lol), but they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend booking directly through the Port A Escapes website for the best price, and they offered us an extra day at a discounted rate.Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Clean and comfortable. Well equipped with virtually everything we needed. also very quiet.

we had no issues during our stay. we were able to park right in front of the unit which was very convenient. The beach was within waling distance as were restaurants and convenience stores. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Great location

The location was excellent, close to beach, restaurants and stores! The cottage is great for one person.The closet was too small. No place for luggage, the bed sheets felt like burlap no thread count. The mattress was hard, felt like we were sleeping on box spring. Shower was great, water pressure was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Had gas stove which was easy to operate and cook on. The back porch was decorated with table and chairs for eating out or sitting area with two chairs and small table for drinks. We probably wouldn’t stay again, the price was not suitable for the room we stayed in.

Cottage Rental at 523 South Station St. Port Aransas, TEXAS

Where do I start? TV was not connected to the net; Internet was not connected and after calling the office they send a technician. Very nice guy but he couldn't connect into the net. He said that they had problems with the network and wouldn't be available until Sunday. Tried to connect it using the net from the next cottage, but he couldn't. We ended up missing out on the College games and we watched old episodes of BULL through Roku on Ion Plus. My wife was planning on working on her PC, but she could not connect to the internet. Finally, the place was not very clean. My wife found four little cockroaches in the bathroom, and she had to call for more towels and a blanket. She is going to contact the office on Monday to request a refund of one night.

Nice, clean studio/cottage.

This property met our need. We were in town for an event and needed a nice clean place to sleep, eat on the run and relax at the end of the evening. The cottage was great. Only areas for recommended improvement are a need for a corner shelving unit or wall unit above the toilet to sit your toiletries eyc. The pedestal sink and toilet lid did not provide enough space. The bed was a 6 out of ten . It was firm which is good, but hard with no flexibility/cushion to it. Also a bit noisy with any movement. Lastly, an extra blanket would be nice. The place was well appointed and super clean. Overall a great experience.
