Clean room, close to a bunch of good food, great views, and lots of stuff to do. But the standout here was the staff, I can’t say enough good things. They were awesome, friendly, and if you have any troubles with your room, they are immediately there to help. Highly recommend!!

Staff was nice, fast checking, ac was cold, room was clean but small, I was expecting a sofa on the side and it only had 1 chair to sit for the table. Restroom did not had a trashcan. It had a small coffee machine and had cofee to do but you have to take your own mug because it didn't had one there. Also take your water. But other than that it was okay.

The room was clean but outdated the bathroom was small.No toilet paper holders by the toilet was behind the toilet The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was okay for one night. But probably wouldn't stay again the beds were okay, but you could hear yourself turn over

Overall our experience was I guess ok, I have a family of 5 and they only provide 2 towels per room. We had to keep asking for more and they would only allow 2 (mind you family of 5). WiFi was terrible it didn’t even reach to our room and they know that. Maintenance was good just to much smell of chlorine caused us headache’s. Worst part was a lot of mosquitos! I guess they get really bad mosquitoes season and they should be prepared for that since most of them would go into our room.

I booked this hotel super last minute and they were kind enough to let me check in around 6am with no problem at all. The family who runs it is very polite and welcoming you can tell they really care about their guests. The outside area is beautiful, and the pool was surprisingly nice and well kept. For only about $63, it was an amazing value. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

I was skeptical when first coming(we had a bad stay about two years ago, but my husband booked it himself). The very nice lady at the front was very helpful and hardworking. She was very informative and will call you back if you the call isn't answered. There is a working ice machine, breakfast, washing machine, bbq pits that we used and a pool. Very affordable and we had absolutely no problems. Was a very short drive to heb, Rockport/fulton beach(in the minutes). We will definitely be back again.

Nice clean rooms. Not typical “luxury” but you can tell effort was taken to update rooms and keep them clean. Whenever we needed something staff was friendly and responsive. Overall very good rooms for price for an inexpensive weekend on the beach.

Convenient to beaches and several good restaurants nearby. The place was adequate for our stay however it is in need of more attention by staff. The basic items such as floors and shower were clean. I would recommend a quality checklist for the staff. When we got there, there was only one towel, no iron. TV remote didn't work. Simple things that shouldn't be overlooked.
