"Great little place right on the ocean looking at the USS Lexington. Owner is on site and happy to help and easy to communicate with. If you want something unique with little fanfare, cold AC and to be left alone in peace this is your place. "

"The location is too loud to have tents with cloth walls. It’s near streets with bars and a lot of people driving around in loud pickup trucks. There are supposed to be quiet hours after 11 pm but people were not observing them. The bathrooms were cheaply made, in only fair condition and not super clean. It’s ok if you want to rough it but not worth the money. "

"Only rough part is during Buc days. The city of Corpus shut down all the streets downtown and you can’t get to the hotels/motels with out a 45. Min to an hour drive. "
