The living and dining areas boast expansive wall-to-wall windows, inviting natural light and stunning views. The property features two master suites, including a primary suite on the second level with a king bed, en suite bath, and French doors leading to the balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee while watching dolphins play. Enjoy surround sound both indoors and outdoors to enhance your experience. The stylish and eclectic interior design creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

- No Smoking in the home. There are `butt pots` provided for your use outside.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear or clothing into the home.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not touch or handle any Artwork on the premises.
- Do not use glass containers in or around the pool.
- Do not put patio furniture in the pool.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.

Great Stay

Beautiful view looking out on the canal with the other houses and boats. Very clean and inviting. Enjoyed the pool, just the right size to soak and socialize !

Pool time was wonderful, and the location just beautiful coastal scenery, the home was great, we liked its unique decor. We grilled, made seafood boil, dined @ Charolette Plumbers on the water. Our boy dog, Bleu was very comfortable & enjoyed the pool area with all the family. Sleeping arrangements were wonderful. The Host was responsive to our questions & were quick to respond.
