This was the perfect location, easy access to the beach very clean condo. Great pool area.

The most unique experience was dealing with Erin the property owner. She was kind, professional, accommodating, but last but not least an overall great human being and people person. My family and I will definitely be working with her again

Property was nice but a little outdated I. Some areas in the room. Pool and walking to beach access was great.

The place was very dirty at the entrance, the interior smelled very bad, paint cans spilling in the closet, zero hygiene, everything full of dust, the dryer doesn't work, the balcony was dirty, an unpleasant place to rest.

The location was convenient a boardwalk away from the beach. No crowds. 3 big pools (1 was heated-ish). The house was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. The property is a little dated, but the location overcame that. Would have loved to see it in its prime. Great host! Very responsive.
