Nicely renovated one bedroom condo just a half block from the beach! Come relax with a 60" smart' tv in the living room with bluray player and Netflix etc if you have an account, a 32' in the bedroom and a 24' in the bathroom. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the newly renovated gourmet kitchen and after dinner relax on the patio.

When your ready to hit the beach just pack up and make the short stroll to Michael Ellis beach 1/2 block away or just relax by the pool.

At the end of the day enjoy a meal at any one of the islands great restaurants!

Nice place to stay

New looking place and well kept. New appliances, furniture, and a washer and dryer. Tucked away in a condominium it was a quiet stay even over the Labor Day weekend holiday. Thank you to the host!

This cute little condo is half a block from the John Ellis Beach and less than a mile from Whitecap Beach. We could tell it had recently been updated with newer appliances and bathroom decor-very nice! We could definitely stay here again!

Nice little condo, very clean, well stocked with all the necessary items, super close to the beach area (which has a board walk by the way). All the amenities worked well in the condo, had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is the way to go if you’re planning a trip to whitecap or the surrounding beaches. Way better than a hotel in my opinion. The condo is comfortable, clean and new! Has everything you need for your stay. I stayed 3 nights with my 2 teenagers and 6-year-old and everyone was happy. The pool was nice and the beach is across the street.

Great Location! Great Stay!

My daughter and I stayed here and it was absolutely perfect!! It was so close to the beach, we enjoyed the pool, had all the amenities and more that we needed for our getaway! Trays of ice in the freezer was a very welcome treat!! Troy was great and easy to communicate with! The outside of the building is weathered but that’s to be expected in the Texas heat and salty air! The inside is nicely renovated and comfortable!! Thanks Troy!

Very Nice!

I was extremely gratified to have such a nice place to stay during my vacation. It was within walking distance to the beach. The bed was comfotable, I slept like a baby. Highly recommend. Wonderful Stay, will return!

Our first winter in Texas

The location to the beach was ideal. Beautiful sunrises…finding shells…and so peaceful. Having a washer and dryer was really helpful too. The winter Texans that come to this area are great to be around… really pleasant, friendly atmosphere.

Suggestions....

The condo was smaller than I thought it would be. Bedroom small with soft mattress. The bathroom could have used towel hooks. The main living room tv was not set up with Spectrum. The location to the beach was great.

Very nice place, just bring ear plugs!

The property was great. Everything was as advertised. The only problem was the noise from the people upstairs. It was like football team was staying there, and everyone had restless leg syndrome. With every step, you thought they were going to come crashing through the ceiling; and it went on all evening, every evening until after 11. You couldn't sleep or even hear the TV. Would definitely recommend otherwise.

Only a block from the beach

The place was clean and neat and well stocked. It was nice that it was only a block from the beach. The owner is very responsive to any needs. The bed was a Serta Perfect Sleeper and although soft, surprisingly comfortable. There are nice TVs, both in the living room and bedroom (even the bathroom if you are into that sort of thing). There is not much in living room space or furniture, just one couch that was more comfortable as a pull out than a couch. I was disappointed that the rental was basically in an alley with no view for outdoor reading. It seemed a quiet and safe location by day, however, someone went through my locked bike's saddle bag at night and took: my water bottle, sun glasses, and several small odds and ends that I used to keep in there. This is no fault of the owner, just keep your stuff inside if possible. I would recommend this rental.
