Was right on the beach, loved the view and atmosphere. To us it was worth extra cost compared to renting units on the side of the building that would have faced straight into parking lot, we instead got beautiful beach view. Property comfortable for two adults and one child in our case, but two would be ok as well.

Awesome stay!

Had an awesome time at this property! Arrived and had an issue with the AC, got in touch with the front office and they had it corrected within two hours. Perfect for a family of four. Property was well kept and pool was clean and spacious. Not to mention, you walk out the front door and you’re right at the beach! Highly recommend!

Best time of year for retired folks to go... no kids screaming or running around. The beach was nearly empty. Sitting on the patio and watching and hearing the surf while drinking a glass of wine. Life is great!

Unit is in a great location. The uint is old and really needs a refresh which makes it feel dirty. Killed one large cockroach and can see dead ones in bathroom and kitchen overhead lighting.

Beach getaway!

The property was very clean and well organized. We felt very secure and the location is quiet and easy to get to. The only thing we could suggest is to add another trash receptacle in either the kitchen or living area. There was only one small trash receptacle in the bathroom. Not a huge deal, it would just be easier to have something other than a loose trash bag to use in the kitchen.

It would be nice and very helpful if El Constante provided luggage carts for unloading and loading up. I know there are no elevators, but luggage carts would at least provide less trips to your vehicle. The front desk employee was very nice and courteous. We were using the pool and noticed the hot tub was not working. We stopped a housekeeping staff member who took the time to explain that the person who works on it was off, but she took the time to report it. We appreciated her courteousness. The hot tub was fixed the next day and we received a text message regarding that. That’s efficient. Very nice stay and hope to make it back soon. R Thompson

The only thing I would change next time for my visit was stay in a top condo because we had a family of five above us with many small children and they were constantly running up and down their condo past 11 pm. I don’t fault the complex for the noise but it did make sleeping difficult. Just be mindful if you stay in this unit of the noise level from above. Overall I loved the location but will stay in a top condo next time.

Great Escape!

Perfect size for us! My 2 year old grand daughter was with us and it was perfect! Having the beach right outside the front door was by far, my favorite part!
