Quiet friendly Neighborhood near Padre Island

Welcome to our Family home! Enjoy relaxing in our quiet neighborhood. This is the perfect stay for a mini vacation or business trip. Located in Corpus Christi, Tx (Flour Bluff) about 10 miles from Padre Island and 10 miles from La Palmera Mall.
The space
We have three bedrooms available with two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen bed that can accommodate two people with a full bathroom. 2nd bedroom does not have a bed but will provide a queen air mattress to fit two people. 3rd bedroom includes a crib with changing table and a desk to work on and will provide a twin air mattress if needed. All closets will be locked & unavailable for use due to personal belongings.
Kitchen will have a basic coffee machine, toaster, can opener, stove/oven, microwave, and partial use of refrigerator/ freezer. This is our primary home so pantry will be off limits.
Living room space has a smart TV. You may log into your own Netflix & Hulu accounts. Please remember to sign out before checking out.
Our backyard has a playground for kids but are we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries to a person, big BBQ pit/ smoker, 6 patio chairs, and two foldable tables for a good day to lay back and enjoy the day.

Pets ARE allowed. We do not allow them on the beds. We charge a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 pet fee per pet on top of cleaning fee.

Great February Stay

We wanted a quiet place to stay in a warmer place than home. This is a quiet neighborhood and a nicely furnished accommodation. We found the location near some really nice places to eat out. The beach is 10 miles away, other tourist attractions are in easy driving distance. It was very clean and the kitchen was well furnished with a variety of cooking equipment. Hostess was very pleasant and quickly solved any concern we had. We felt right at home.
