The Big Nauti is located in town, within walking distance of the beach, with an outdoor pool oasis, large balconies, and vibrant coastal decor and charm inside this second-level home. The private backyard area offers options such as swimming in the private pool with a water feature and table, basking in the sun, enjoying a beverage under the Palapa, rinsing off in the outdoor shower, cooking up the day's catch on the grill, and eating/ gathering under the shaded area. Sip your morning coffee on the large back balcony in the Gulf breeze or catch a breathtaking sunset on the front deck. There is a full bath out by the pool. Step inside to the open, inviting living/dining/kitchen area with coastal touches carried throughout. Unwind on the plush couch, sofa, or vibrant accent chairs while watching your favorite movie on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an island for prepping and basic pots, pans, and dishes for your cooking needs. Savor meals at the striking wood table and benches with seating for eight guests. There is a stackable washer/dryer for your use as well. The full hall bathroom is comprised of a vanity with a granite countertop and a tile-trimmed tub/shower. The guest bedroom (BR1) is complete with a King bed, TV, closet, a chair for curling up and reading a book, and access to the back balcony. The bunk room (BR2) is perfect for kids with a set of Twin over Twin bunk beds, a Full over Full bunk bed, a closet, and a chair. This home is 0.4 miles from the beach and just blocks from restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Big Nauti was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. We enjoyed morning coffee on the wrap around porches and evening swims in the pool. I'd be happy to return to Big Nauti next time we're in Port A.

My Lab and I could not have had a better vacation. The house was clean and very comfortable. The pool and yard were perfect. We were 5 minutes from the beach by foot and 2 minutes by car. Hope to stay here next year, too.

We had a group of girlfriends stay together and this house is exactly how it is pictured. Very cute, clean, comfy, everything you could want in a vacation house. It was very close to the beach, we were able to walk to the amazing Waves coffee shop. The pool was clean, great size, nice pool floats. We will definitely plan a trip back here! This house was perfect and we were so happy with everything. Thank you for a wonderful place!

This was a fantastic property that was enjoyed by the entire family. The location was perfect and just a quick turn down the road to the beach. The property was clean, stocked with essentials, and the communication to check in was everything we needed. Additionally, I appreciated the binder of content that outlines rules and things to know around the house. I know the next time we stay here we will certainly book this property again!

We had a great time staying! Had an issue with electric thanks to a storm but I was able to handle it and was checked on the next day to make sure everything was ok - very much appreciate the communication! We will definitely come back and stay again. The location is absolutely perfect! Also, LOVE the access to a washer and dryer - super helpful!

Great little house! Location was fantastic, very close to the beach access. House was clean and equipped with everything we needed, including an ice make which was a nice bonus. Pool was a game changer, small but in great condition and even had a few pool floats and toys. Downstairs pool bath was super convenient. Management company was amazing, the AC went out on our second day and they were there to fix it within minutes! Would love to stay here again

My wife and I brought out dogs to Port Aransas to celebrate our anniversary. It was a very relaxing long weekend. The pool area is great with a downstairs bathroom and changing area. We loved the upstairs, wrap-around balcony with the sundeck in the back, and inside the house was perfect for cooking dinner and watching TV. The beach is definitely walking distance if you're not carrying a bunch of stuff, but we took the car during the day. Very close to all of the coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Great place! We'll definitely stay again.
