"La casa y atención recibida por el huesped ha sido horrible. Tenemos mucha experiencia en alquiler vacacional y la casa está muy vieja, en muy mal estado, muy sucia y con electrodomésticos como el aire acondicionado y el lavavajillas estropeados sin que nos hiciera ningún caso el huesped del aviso. En ningún momento se corresponde la casa con las fotos y condiciones del anuncio. El precio es desmesurado para el estado de la casa y la nula atención por parte del huesped."

"The direction to the parking lot address would not come up on our GPS system! Only thing that saved us was the owner sending us a photo of the gate! The patio was not fit to even go on Dirty clothes ( not ours) in the washing machine! The couch not what was shown I the pictures- terrible- the whole unit was not cleaned very well- hair in Bathroom on bed! Over all experience and what we paid for this accommodation was terrible! "The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four."

"Great property with friendly and helpful staff, very well located near the beach and in a peaceful area. It is a very big property and spotless clean everywhere, including the rooms, congrats to the efficiency of the cleaning team! The food in the buffet restaurants was good overall, with a nice variety but what I did not like was the noise, the crowds and the stress of the other guests in the restaurants during mealtime and the long lines sometimes to get a drink at the bar. Kids facilities and activities are great, my kids had a lot of fun (9 and 12 years old). Overall, I had a great experience!"
