It includes: an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living and dining room leading to a south-facing terrace and the garden, a separate WC, a shower room, and a small laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room, and a separate WC.
Amenities: TV, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Very pleasant setting with panoramic views of the mountain range.
No rentals during Christmas and New Year's.
