What a beautiful setting and property

Beautiful property in a stunning setting with views of hilltop villages and fields of sunflowers. We stayed in the Meligrano apartment beside the pool area, the apartment itself is beautifully converted with 2 bedrooms of a good size, a large shower room with a big walk in shower, all quality fittings. The kitchen/living/dining room is compact but has high quality fittings and furniture and was just large enough for us (family of 4), plus as it was hot we always are outside in the lovely terrace area right next to the pool. The communal kitchen with huge dining area and sitting area is a real bonus but we didn't really use it, but if you have rented out all 2 or 3 of the apartments at this property it would provide a fantastic area for groups or families to gather with seating for up to 20 to dine! The swimming pool area is lovely and the views for here make this location. The gardens are beautiful with a sheltered hammock, quality childrens swings, pool house with shower and WC with a further shower outside. We loved chilling around the pool, going out for lunches in the surrounding villages and days on the beach 20 to 30 mins away. Ennio and his family were on hand if we needed them but live off site so you have your privacy. The area is not at all touristy and you really feel like you are in rural Italy but with beaches close by. We hope to return!

Een schitterend afgewerkt huis op een fantastische plek boven op de heuvel. Oneindig zicht rondom het huis. De stad Corridonia ligt op slechts 8 km en daar zijn alle faciliteiten beschikbaar
