"Had a fabulous time received warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. Hotel was clean everything it was in fantastic working order. Staff was phenomenal so happy to be able to stay in Chatsworth where I was born and raised to visit family and stayed at a local hotel that was recently upgraded by Hilton."

"The staff, especially Jesse were extremely rude. They refused to allow us to extend our stay simply for asking for an extra blanket and having one other guest and they were all our minor kids. They were extremely racist as well calling us “YOU PEOPLE.” I will never recommend this place to my friends and family. There are dirty dressers as well as dirty bathroom. "

"George was very responsive to questions regarding check-in and general questions. The amenities of the house were great. Nice pool that we had heated for an extra charge, spa, basketball court, pool table, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Only complaint is that the flooring on the first floor is damaged in the kitchen area from water? Flooring looks like tile or marble but it's laminate. Property would be 10/10 if the flooring was fixed "

"Our family stay at this Canoga Park home was outstanding. From the start, the communication was clear and professional, making the entire process feel very reliable.The entertainment options are the highlight of this house. Our kids loved the claw machine and the arcade games, which kept everyone busy for hours. The open-concept living area is spacious and comfortable, featuring a great fireplace and plenty of room for the whole group. Outside, the patio is a private oasis. We used the hot tub every night and enjoyed playing ping pong and sitting by the fire pit.The kitchen is truly fully equipped with all the essentials, plus a great breakfast selection that made our mornings much easier. Each of the four bedrooms provided a restful experience with quality bedding and quiet surroundings. This is a top-tier choice for anyone needing a dependable and fun base in Los Angeles. We will definitely be back!"
