"El aire acondicionado no trabajaba en el cuarto estaba muy caliente. Tuvimos que pedir un cambio para que trabajaba 1/4 del aire y decían que si tenemos que cambiarnos nos tenían que cobrar y nos cobraron para cambiarlo de cuarto para que una ahí de trabajar tenemos que arreglar el servicio del aire del cuarto nunca lo hicieron estuvo caliente no has cambiado de cuarto tuve que pagar adicional de lo que ya había pagado mi reservación alrededor de €30 más o 35 por día para darnos un servicio por el aire y el aire acondicionado. Ellos lo tenían controlado del Hotel a una temperatura que no es agradable con el calor. Muy mala experiencia que para poder tener una habitación en buena condiciones tenemos que pagar más adicional más dinero. Ojalá que en el futuro ellos tomen en cuenta para sus clientes que tengan una mejor servicio en la estancia que uno esté en su hotel. Muchas gracias que tenga buen día. Bendiciones"

"The hotel had lots of charm and was great location for exploring Barcelona. The rooms while small were confortable and charming. Great water pressure in shower. Noise and soundproofing though were really poor and unfortunately during our stay, some very rude guests repeatedly conducted loud speaker phone calls in public spaces and didn’t control speech volume during late night arrival or early morning departure"

"The location was amazing. It was 5 minutes from LA Boqueria market, 2 minutes from another super market and restaurants all over. They provide all the amenities. They provide filtered water station on every floor which was essential. Super friendly staff. The only negative thing is that the entire Ramblas street in front of the hotel has been under heavy construction over one year and no-one notified me prior to getting there. It's not the hotel issue so can't hold them responsible. I would definitely return to this hotel next time. We were there when the Pope Leon was visiting Barcrlona to inaugurate the Sagrada Familia and Formula 1 2026 in Barcelona. It was very busy around the hotel area."

"The place is great, the location is excellent, the staff is very nice and helpful (specially the lady at the buffet), and the service guy really tried. Wifi was very spoty so it was hard to play anything over my own networks (amazon/netflix). The TV was pretty much inoperable after a certain time. My guess is that it was the time when everyone came back in and all were on wifi. Their transmitter wasn't big enough to handle the traffic. I wouldn't recommend if you work remotely. However, the buffet was decently priced and well stocked. It was very convenient to have on property. The room was larger than expected and nicely remodeled. I had a beautiful view of the cathedral. I loved being able to swing by the room to regroup in the middle of a day full of touring the city. I would definitely stay again."
