"Overall, I had a nice stay. The room was small but comfortable, and I really loved having a back door that opened to a pretty little yard. It was very peaceful and relaxing, and although I didn’t have much time to enjoy it, I was able to sit outside for a bit and really appreciated the space. The only issue was that there were no bath towels in my room. The only towel provided was a very small, thin one that appeared to be a shower mat, so I believe the towels may have simply been forgotten. Other than that, my stay was pleasant, and the staff was very helpful and friendly."

"I really liked my stay at the Hyatt Centric. It’s right off the ferry stop and also right by the stop where you can get a private water taxi, which makes getting around very easy. I took a private boat to Murano when I arrived, but used the hotel’s shuttle boat back to the airport. Both options were equally good quality, comfortable and easy. It’s a bit far from the Lido and a bit of a haul from the main islands of Venice, but I enjoy the boat rides, so I didn’t mind. And honestly, a comfortable, clean room is paramount for any stay. There’s not much around as far as souvenirs or shopping if you’re not looking for glassware. This is Murano, after all, and Murano is famous for its glass, so there is certainly plenty of that! I had dinner at the hotel restaurant at sunset along the canal and really enjoyed it. The portions are American-style big, and the limoncello is strong! I loved sitting there watching people walk their dogs and watching the ferries come in, with everyone getting on and off. It was a lovely way to experience a quieter side of Venice. My room was quiet, the water pressure was great, and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t even touch the AC. All around, a good stay and I would absolutely come back."

"This was a lovely small hotel in the ideal location across from the vaporretto station from Venice. It was a five minute walk to the beach. They had absolutely no amenities no body lotion no Kleenex in a times I found a particular receptionist very rude. The night receptionist were lovely. My room was great with the balcony overlooking the canal as well as the sea and the room was very quiet! The bathroom was salty that it did not even have a place on the wall to hang toilet paper. They did offer a small table in the bathroom to put my toiletries. The plus was the window in the bathroom which overlooked the church steeple and was magical when the bells rang while I was showering I would stay there again"

"The best hotel—the quality of service, the attentiveness, and the hospitality were all excellent. I highly recommend it. The location is perfect for catching the bus and exploring the area, with great transport links to everywhere; it is close to everything—supermarkets, clothing stores, the beach, and restaurants. The service in the breakfast area was excellent, and the food was superb. The room was very clean and beautiful, offering lovely views. When I return to Venice, I want to stay at this hotel again. I recommend it."
