This apartment is located in Cortina, in the Cojana locality, about 800 meters from the town center and the Faloria ski lifts. The building in which it is located consists of three apartments that share a small garden and this flat is the one located on the lower floor. It features a comfortable living area with lounge, dining area and kitchenette, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single bunk beds and another bathroom with shower. In the living room the sofa bed can accommodate two more people and in the service / laundry room there is a single bed that can be used upon request. The area is quiet and panoramic.

Gut angebundenes Haus

Die Kontaktaufnahme und der Checkin via Whatsapp funktionierte einwandfrei und war unkompliziert Die Bilder beschreiben die Wohnung treffend. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstrasse, da das Appartement im Keller ist bekommt man von dem lauten Strassenverkehr nicht viel mit. Einzig der Schimmel an der Wand in dem Zimmer mit dem Stockbett und der damit verbundene Geruch verhinderte eine Nutzung dieses Raumes, was aber kein Problem darstellte, da wir nicht darauf angewiesen waren Einen Tip an den Eigentümer, die Heizung auch bei Nichtnutzung laufen zu lassen oder jemanden zum regelmässigen Lüften vorbei zu schicken.
