At the ground floor there is a covered place for bikes, ski/ski boots, a washing machine and a dryer. Water, power, cooking gas, internet access, bed linens, bathroom/kitchen towels, parking space and final cleaning are included. The heating is NOT INCLUDED and costs €2/hour. The apartment features an indipendent heating system with thermostat. Guests use on average 3 hours heating a day. Tourist tax (NOT INCLUDED) €2,5/night per person. It is not due for each night exceeding the 5th of the stay. It does not apply to children under 12 years of age. SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED PETS ACCEPTED ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE OWNER. Regardless of length of stay, no change of bath/kitchen towels or bed linen will be provided, following Ordinance 19/3/2014, n. 6501 of Corte di Cassazione (Court of Appeal).
The bus stop is 130 m away from the house. 6 runs in the morning and 3 in the afternoon to the town center. Bus service is not reliable.
