Perfect for what I needed.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient. Traveling solo for a baseball tournament in town. This place was great for me. No issues whatsoever.

Checkin super easy. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. When you pull into motel parking lot you might think what did I book but ignore that-very happy. Diner across the street was great. And tons of other food Options. Cortland U only down the block. Very convenient! Would stay there again.

Travelled a distance so quick check in with receptionist who was both pleasant and accomodating welcoming for us. Room large and easy access with card. Secure with locking bolt inside if you wish to use it but self-locking each time. Quite and parking lot recently paved. Just a safe and economic place to be. Highly recommended.

Affordable

It's an older bldg, But updated. Room is comfortable and clean. No coffee pot 😞 , has everything else. Water is hard. Room deodorizer is used - super strong. There is alot of city/traffic noise, but gets quiet around 11 p.m. Seems to be a place where homless folks are given lodging on one end. They did not approach us. Management was friendly and helpful.

For a motel, the place was very clean, smells nice and room is updated! The reception people are nice too! Smooth checkin. The location is perfect, you can walk around and there are restaurants everywhere!

Cheap stay

The hotel is an older property although it was clean. There were clearly some younger down on their luck people staying there. Mine was the only car in the parking lot but there were quite a few people coming and going.
