Perugia, Cortona and Lake Trasemeno are all within travelling distance. Set in 2 hectares of private land, the gardens and terraces contain a variety of fruit trees, figs, walnuts, plum, almonds, olives and vines and you are welcome to help yourselves to their bounty (in season of course). There is a swimming pool again, with beautiful views and unusually for the area it is heated by solar panels. There is a shaded pergola by the pool with a sofa seating area as well as plenty of sun loungers. The outdoor terrace is covered in vine and wisteria creating a large, shady, scented (in May/June) eating area.
