"Gelado! O quarto estava gelado quando entrámos. Apesar de ter Ar Condicionado, é claramente insuficiente para o clima da zona, e o tipo de habitação. Mesmo com o ar condicionado ligado no máximo a noite toda, o quarto manteve-se muito frio e completamente desconfortável."

After a quick tour and a few tips she left us with a fresh loaf of bread, some cheese, bottle of her local favorite wine and some pastries. "The cottage is beautifully decorated and quite large. Everything you could possibly need is found within, There are some lovely spaces to sit and enjoy the property. The hosts go out of their way to make sure you are happy including leaving you treats on the patio. You can easily walk into Sanitiago do Escoural which is a quiet little town. "We had a wonderful 8-day stay at Casa do Avo Ezequiel, located on a beautiful farm surrounded by a variety of fruit trees. Although we arrived very late for check in on the first day, Senhor Francisco, our host, kindly waited for us and gave us the warmest welcome.Every morning, we enjoyed freshly picked fruits straight from the trees.
