CAMPUS COTTAGE, GREAT LOCATION

No need to rent a car! Walk to OSU football, baseball games! Over sized fully fenced back yard with firepit to relax near the Corvallis Community Center, play some pickle ball and enjoy the sand volleyball courts. Cozy house near campus activities with large driveway with ample room for two cars for off street parking.
Close to shopping, coffee and dining. This is a vibrant student neighborhood so on a rare occasion the night can be a little loud for a light sleeper. It’s a quick walk to campus and centrally located to nearby hiking or a pleasant walk to downtown. No pets and no RV hook up please.

This little Cottage was in the perfect location. We came for a graduation party and it was perfect for Our family. Loved sitting in the backyard and walking for coffee. I would definitely want to stay here again.
