That view!

There may not be a better view anywhere. Absolutely gorgeous. Great spa, great breakfast, huge bike and ski room, and the staff were so nice and accommodating

What an amazing place to see and stay! Booked this last minute for one night coming from Lake Como. We wanted to see the Dolomites but thought the day trip would be too hard; so thankful we did and stayed here. It's very special!

Rozczarowujący pobyt

Obiekt który udaje nowoczesny butikowy hotel , faktycznie jest dość dużym starym obiektem. Większość zdjęć jest zrobiona w niewielkiej dobudowanej części , zaś większość hotelu jest stara i mało przyjemna , nie dajcie się nabrać . Posiłki bardzo przeciętne i w dużej części należy się samemu obsłużyć zarówno podczas śniadań i kolacji - trochę to przypomina wielkie hotele all inclusive w Egipcie . W barze i częściach wspólnych do relaksu, są dwa kominki ale jest tam fatalna wentylacja i ciągle śmierdzi dymem . Po spędzeniu tam jednej godziny czułem się jak wędzony boczek :). Ogólnie duże rozczarowanie!

One of a kind place that we’ve come across during a four-day hiking trip in late September to explore the Dolomite region. The hotel is very atmospheric with handsome public space, spa, candlelight, big Woden structures, fireplaces, piano, etc. The dining restaurant is extremely spacious with beautiful flooring and furnishing. Food is exceptionally well prepared and different every night with a combination of local Tyrolean and Italian food. Wine cellar has a wide selection of different regional wines and those of abroad. Service is marvelous - staff is extremely knowledgeable and very eager to help in selection of wine and food. We love our waiter Sasha who couldn’t be more helpful to make sure we were happy. The room has classic Scandinavian furnishing ...light wood, high ceiling, comfortable bad with down duvet/pillow, clean modern bathroom, fridge was filled with good goodies. Maid comes twice a day too keep our room neatly. Now, the best of all, LOCATION of this property - is surrounded and look right into the face of dolomite mountains. So close that we could touch the rocks right from our balcony. It is a jewel that we will definitely come back.

The room upgrade we received was to a larger room, but no view (another building on 10m), quite old furniture. Food is excellent - perfect service in the restaurant : 5 stars !!!

Best hotel in Alta Badia

This hotel is listed as four-star, but the quality of service is like the best five-star hotels I have visited. Two features stand out: the spa and the food. The spa is new, with many saunas and a large swimming pool. The food at dinner and breakfast is exceptional by both choice and quality. The rooms are also great, large and clean.

In traumhafter Landschaft gelegenes Hotel

Es könnte sooo schön sein, wäre das Zimmer nicht eng und dunkel (Tageslicht nur durch die Balkontür). Bei schlechtem Wetter bestünde die Gefahr einer Claustrophobie, also möglichst viel raus in die tolle Landschaft! Service und Essen (Menü) sind gut. Leider konnte meinem Wunsch nach Essen à la Carte (wird ausdrücklich angepriesen) nicht nachgekommen werden, da die Küche überlastest war (so die Aussage). Ein Aufenthalt für ein Wochenende ist O. K., einen längeren Urlaub würde ich hier nicht verbringen wollen!

Exceptional hotel

This hotel is exceptional. From the moment of arrival with a genuine welcome, attention to detail is evident. Food excellent, rooms well furnished, situation perfect in the centre of Dolomite mountains with walks and cable cars. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Ottomo hotel, con confort di ogni tipo che chiaramente ha il suo prezzo. Ubicato in posizione meravigliosa con viste mozzaffiato sul gruppo del Sella e Sassongher. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Titolari ancora di più, di fronte alla nostra richiesta di trovare un'altra sistemazione più consona per il pastore tedesco al seguito, ci hanno spostato in una camera di livello superore senza farlo notare.

Gutes Hotel

Gutes Hotel, sehr netter Service, kein direkter Zugang zur Piste, aber kurzer Transfer mit Kleinbus klappt (fast) immer (alternativ 3 Min Fußmarsch). Zimmer sehr sauber, Betten gut. Schrank könnte mehr Bügel haben und Badezimmer mehr Ablagen. Wellnessbereich sehr gut geführt, aber kein Außenbereich für Sauna. WLAN kostenfrei, aber in der Regel (wohl wegen Überlastung) sehr langsam. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr reichhaltig und gut, Bedienung sehr freundlich, wenn auch manchmal nicht 100% professionell (z.B. falsch ausgeschenkter Wein in Flasche zurückgegossen - das geht gar nicht). Abendprogramme an der Bar sind Geschmackssache.

Ottimo albergo nel cuore delle dolomiti

Albergo ben posizionato,di livello anche il ristorante interno,garage x moto.Unico appunto va fatto alla zona piscina-wellness che e' priva di finestre e quindi non consente di godere del panorama esterno.
