"The chalet was very clean and tidy. The holiday village was surprisingly quiet but that came to our advantage as we could use the swimming pool, sauna etc to ourselves. Widemouth is beautiful and have is the ideal platform to travel wherever."

"This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a holiday rental. We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property.The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. Inside, the sofa and lounge area were grubby and uncomfortable. The whole place felt uncared for and unclean – nothing like the photos or description.The directions provided...

"Smooth booking process. Great, high quality and beautifully appointed resort and accommodation. The holiday home felt like it could have done with a deeper clean after I had to go around hoovering up loads of those little hanging spiders from the corners of rooms. The mattress of the sofa bed also needed cleaning down too before we made it up. These were genuinely minor issues though as we had a great time and enjoyed our stay, but I want to be honest and not to just say it was perfect."
