"Just wow! Two words ‘book this’ you will not be disappointed! Immaculate, well equipped, quality furnishings, comfy beds and bedding, fabulous bathrooms. Great central location. Really thoughtful welcome hamper. Communication excellent. We didn’t want to leave, in fact tried to stay longer but wasn’t surprised it was already booked out. Already looking to re-book. "We enjoyed our stay at grand banks estuary view. The apartment was excellent. We enjoyed the location being close and walkable to both Teignmouth and Shaldon. Not quite as much of an estuary view as we had anticipated from the name of the apartment and description however still a fabulous place to stay. There is quite a lot of train noise but that’s not too much of an issue. We would both recommend this holiday apartment and stay again."

"Photos of property are accurate, well decorated, well appointed with all the things you need. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers so the games room with pool table and games console was well received. Close enough to walk into town though the walk back up the hill home did feel like a gym work out! Small gripe, beds very soft which was not my preference though didn't detract from the stay. Overall a lovely house with all you need to make a family stay great. Great location, overall I'd rate it at 4.6 out of 5"
