"First time in Gatlinburg and it was the best. We passed through driving from Wisconsin to Florida and Glenstone lodge was right where we were looking to stay. 10 minute walk from the shops and dinning. A beautiful view from our room balcony and the rooms were clean. Will definitely stay again. "

"Location is close to downtown restaurants and some attractions. It is also close to the Park; a trail to the Sugarlands Visitor Center is located at the end of River Road. The room was large and had a small balcony for two. The breakfast was better than a continental breakfast advertised. Parking is in a two level garage and leads to the lobby. Pool is good for kids or for adults to cool off. There is a town trolley system which we did not use but seemed to be popular. We recommend this hotel. "

"The view from the balcony was amazing! Comfortable bed and warm cookies a nice touch. Large fridge was a bonus. Ronnie and Joan at the front desk were very helpful and attentive! When there was a slight issue with house- keeping, I was given coupons for free coffee from the restaurant. Ronnie suggested eateries and gave us a coupon for Calhouns where we had a wonderful meal! The only downside would be the aesthetics of the hallways on every floor are lacking-completely plain bare white concrete walls are unappealing. It feels institutional- like, which is strange because it was a stark contrast to a lovely lobby area and attractive exterior and patio. The trolley service was a huge plus for traveling down to the strip as well!"
