We enjoyed our stay here for one night and all of the staff members were incredibly helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the restaurant was top notch and conveniently located on the second floor. We enjoyed the bountiful buffet breakfast and we were able to order latte macchiatos (two with soy milk) that were delicious. They did a great job offering gluten-free options at the restaurant and buffet breakfast. We would stay here again!

Great service

We literally went from the airport in Rome after flying in from Bari at 10:00pm and left the next morning at 6:45. The owners greeted us, walked us to our room, got a cab for us to get to the airport the next morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. In the morning our cab was early and they sent us off with a bag full of snacks since we would not be able to have breakfast.

Our dining experience was amazing. Chef Giordano was very attentive and professional. Our servers made our dinner enjoyable. I didn’t like the fact that there was nobody attending the lobby bar. They had to call somebody from the restaurant to serve us every time we needed a drink.

The perfect place to stay

The first thing to say is "WOW", what a great place to stay - the entire place was beautiful and was such a perfect stop on our trip to Sicilia. The room was so nice and comfortable we didn't want to leave. The food was incredible and the staff was just over the top awesome !!! We are very picky when we travel about cleanliness, value and customer service - we were so pleased that everything was even better than advertised - we will absolutely stay here again when we get the chance !!!! Bellisimo !! Bella !! Perfetto !!

Note, it’s on a pedestrian street and we had to park, walk down to get the owner, who came and got our luggage and showed us where to park. All fine. Very lovely (though small) old town district - well worth it for a day visit. And a pretty, and nice, accommodation

Everything about the hotel was absolutely wonderful!!!! However, one evening we were stranded out on Corsa Mazzini and we called the hotel. The gentleman that was on duty. It was very late at night around 1 AM. Did call a cab to come and pick us up however, when we arrived at the hotel, he asked for a tip which took a by surprise. We did indeed paid the cab driver who was such a gentleman I just found it very odd that someone working at reception would ask to be tipped. All I had on me was a few coins and he clearly said are you sure you don’t have some bills? We did let him know. We don’t carry much money on us as we always use our credit card. I thought the whole encounter was very bizarre.
