The property was worn out. The door handle fell off when shutting the door. The door latch was very secure had to slam the door to catch the lock. The linen was worn out.

Het hotel heeft garage en is heel dicht bij het levendige centrum. Airco was miserabel met temperatuur op 28° s'nachts. Heb nu 3 keer hier geslapen en kom zeker terug

The reception is very helpful and pleasant, we were only going to stay two nights but extended our stay to four nights. The hotel is very well located and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and very complete.

Hotel centralissimo e comodo per chi necessita di posto auto gratuito e custodito. Pulito e di ottimo qualità- prezzo. La struttura non è nuova ma è comunque ben tenuta. Lo consiglio!

Centrally situated, good value for money

Cosenza is worth a visit and Hotel Royal has all to make it a pleasant stay. Large room, good bed, very clean over all, sufficient breakfast and parking basement.

Vergüenza de hotel

Sabiendo que iba estar dos semanas me alojaron en la primera planta, con ventanas a la calle y cualquiera que pasara fuera me podría ver, lo cual me obligo estar con persianas bajadas toda mi estancia. Les solicite cambio, dijeron que estaban completos, mientras que eramos las dos únicas huéspedes.El desayuno penoso, en los zumos echaban agua, el zumo de naranja natural te cobraban aparte, el pan no era fresco cada día, muy poca variedad en todo. Alquilamos sala de reuniones, no nos avisaron que ese día había otra actividad en otra sala, con música.Tuvimos que cancelar nuestra reunión por el medio ya que no se podía con todo el ruido. Coffeebreak, 5 croissans y 3 sandwiches cortados en trocitos pequeños para 15 participantes, me querían cobrar a 6€/pers. La directora una persona nada profesional, sin conocimientos de atención al cliente! Hay B&B en la zona que son mas baratos, mas bonitos, mas cómodos, con mejor servicio.

Albergo molto carino, moderno, abbastanza vicino agli scavi (20 minuti a piedi). Personale gentile. Unica nota stonata la colazione: non eravamo in tanti in sala (circa una decina) e proprio per questo non puoi far aspettare 15 minuti per sfornare i cornetti, dovresti averli già pronti...

Il punto di forza dell'Hotel è la posizione estremamente favorevole per chi deve o vuole visitare il centro della città. Il personale si dimostra competente cordiale ed efficiente, molto più professionale di quel che si trova in luoghi maggiormente reclamizzati. I dolori emergono però nelle camere: l'arredamento è decisamente demodè e datato e poi, il lettore magnetico della card di ingresso stanza, quasi divelto da muro ed inoltre, un atroce "odore" di muffa che mi ha obbligato a dormire con la finestra aperta malgrado la canicola.
