The check-in went smoothly. The apartment was just as the pictures and description indicate. We loved the design of the rooms and the neighborhood is incredible. "Unfortunately we consider the bathroom was inhabitable due to the tiny size of the sink and small shower but especially the sink. It’s not possible for an adult to use properly, we had to brush our teeth outside the bathroom and our arms would hit the shower walls when moving. It was truly very uncomfortable. Overall very small apartment with windows to inside the building only and very little lighting. The only positive was the location, it was centrally located. I couldn’t recommend this...

"The property is very tired and neglected. Things like none of the blinds work (essential when you are overlooked), two broken coffee pots, lights that flicker, noisy fridge in bedroom, badly fitting/secured front door. I could go on.... Basically poorly maintained. Management company were not interested. However the place was spotlessly clean!"

"Decent “bajo” apartment, which means it is below street level, but not necessarily a basement. Great neighborhood in a great location with access to everything. The property itself was almost 10/10 except there was a significant mold issue that I uncovered towards the end of my stay, due to a smell in the main room (which they tried to brush off as not mold), but there wasn’t much left to do with 1 or 2 nights left in my stay.
