"Clean room, good location "

"The hotel is in a great location for walking old Sacramento. That was the high point. It’s literally right off the highway. The highway is loud from the location, if you’re bothered by noise. They have breakfast, but it’s coffee, a few muffins and bagels only. The property is being renovated, they started work on that very early in the morning. If you’re looking for a no frills easy place to stay while exploring the city, this is the place."

"Upon arrival there was a huge wedding party at the entry blocking all foot and veh traffic. It's already valet only. I got checked into a room DIRECTLY under the rooftop bar where the wedding was. She never even told me about the wedding or details or noise advisory. I get to my room and there's a rave going on with crazy amplified sound. I eventually get moved to then learn the entire rooftop bar is closed and no access. Oh and also they are closed until Wednesday. No pool, no comfortable lounge area besides the check in lobby, no parking, restaurant is wildly over priced. My mother's day get away was awful. Thank you Hyatt Centric "

"The room itself was gorgeous and spacious, however there were visible stains on the couch. My main concern though, was the lack of attention at all from the staff. Even during hours in which they were supposed to be there (presumably 9:30-4:30), they were gone from the front desk and not answering messages. To preface, they said to message a specific number for anything we needed in addition to another number we could call. My friend who was staying with me messaged on a Wednesday for towels as we felt we needed more than what they had given, and we never received a response. On Thursday I messaged at 2:50p, over an hour before they were supposed to leave, and never got a response until I sent “hello??” hours later. By then it was after those hours so they were definitely off the property, and we could only get one extra bath towel and a couple extra hand towels they had out in the hallway. It was just an extremely disappointing experience for booking what was supposed to be the best room in the hotel. Other than the lack of staff to help, the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay again as long as I prepared by bringing some of my own towels. "

"Great location. Clean and new property. Walking distance to convention center. A lot of good restaurants within walking distance. will stay here again next time."

"The hotel has over 25 floors with 32 rooms average per floor. The hotel had 1/2 of its elevators working with a packed hotel full of volleyball players and prom events. The wait for an elevator was very long and each elevator was full making it impossible to come and go from your room with ease. I inquired about servicing the elevators and I was met with resistance. In addition, the hotel nickel and dimes you for everything, including WIFI. While the location is ideal and the hotel is actually clean and beautiful, I would not stay here again."

"The place was fine enough and Bessie who helped with the breakfast was Stellar. Our front desk staff was nice also and lent us a fan to use. That brings us to the issue of the a/c. It was 81 in the room when we checked in and it took a full day to come Down to 68. It was a little smelly and the maintenance man was kind of rude and accused us of freezing the a/c which was the reason for the room being hot, although we did not freeze the a/c. Bathrooms were clean. The faucet had a leak and also the window casings were literally falling off."
