"Upon arrival we were not greeted at all, the property. The property was being cleaned and ur wasn’t ready, trash at the entrance, the person seemed to be annoyed by us. Towels smelled like urine, stained, the wash them in a kiddy pool, we had to ask daily for “cleaned towels”, there weren’t enough. Main bedroom shower had no pressure, handle was broken, no hot water , we showered outside in the pool shower with cold water. Which was brown and dirty. It was Christmas week, not even 1 single decor...
