"I slipped in the parking garage that I learned was not necessary to pay for because there’s free parking behind the hotel. Plus the narrow entry to the garage is scary when driving even a small car. I’m upset that I paid €22 for parking… and the floor was so slippery (and it was dry and so were my shoes). I fell and had to call the staff on the phone to help me get up off of the ground due to my health. The staff was nice and helped me but no accident form was offered and my elbow is very sore from the fall and so is my back and rear end. There were no trolleys/carts for luggage that I could find, nor was offered. That might have saved me from falling because I could have held on to that. The hotel itself is nice. I am not used to no wash cloths/“face cloths” as they say in Europe. I didn’t bother ask because I was in a hurry to leave the morning of my checkout. I’m also not used to the town and the fact that the hotel is surrounded by residential homes and was noisy until around 11 PM (23:00). The beds were hard and I am very sore on my hip bones from sleeping on the hard surface of the mattress. I thought I was sleeping on a prison mat that you see on these television shows. It has great water pressure and great hot water. Plus a great shower head that is attached to a hose. So it’s a mixed bag of good and bad. I plan to call the hotel manager when I return home if I am still sore from the fall and mattress. I would like my €22 back for parking because the spaces are tiny."

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-organized. All the amenities were excellent and worked exactly as expected. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the quality of this property. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to improve. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
