"As other reviews state the property is a little dated however its exceptionally clean. We were given a room on the ground floor no balcony. We stayed 3 nights but if we had been staying longer or spending longer in the hotel i would have requested a change. We arrived late so wasnt going to bother at that time of night. Breakfast was fairly good. Good value for money. Sadly of all the hotels we have stayed in this was the least friendly staff wise. It wasnt so busy and while they were not rude i felt a little effort into interacting with guests passing reception would be appreciated just a greeting or a have a nice day. "

"The hotel was excellent, the beautiful señorita who checked us in was very friendly, very pleasant, absolutely lovely & deserved of promotion & levelling up. The staff were all amazing, very nice place. It would be a pleasure to visit & stay again. Everybody loved it, the beach in the morning was perfect. Even the beach was being cleaned early in the morning & all through the day. Spanish culture & lifestyle, absolute perfection. Could describe the positivity infinitely. 100% recommend. "As a loyal long term member of Hotels.com I was quite disappointed when I tried to extend my stay with another night at ME Sitges Terramar. As usual, I did it first on Hotels.com. Your price was Euros 315.00 for my type of room. Luckily, I asked the reception of the hotel how much they charge for one extra night and their price was Euros 258 for the same room. How do you explain this large difference of almost Euros 60??? How much more money did I pay throughout the years using Hotel.com services??? How can I trust Hotels.com with my future bookings???
