"Like the previous reviewers, we understood we were booking a villa in central Barcelona, so were happy to pay the elevated price. When we arrived at the airport to find our destination was a 40-minute train ride outside the city, we had to rent a car for five, which took a couple of hours; initially I thought I must have misread the listing, so didn’t say anything, but it’s clear from the previous review that there was an error in the listing at the time of booking. "Our family spent two weeks at Teresa's villa. She is helpful and welcoming. We feel very relaxed and comfortable in her house. Regarding the village, Sant Pol de Mar is one of the few villages between Barcelona and Costa Brava that has maintained its scenic and historic character despite being close to Barcelona. We explored the village for the most part, but Teresa suggested some nice places to go. The Villa is located in a sunny spot with amazing sea views. Everything is in walking distance,...
