"This is a very beautiful building centrally located which allows you to walk to the most interesting places to visit in the city. Its rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. Staff are great and helpful. Parking can be done in the near Plaza España and you can get a discount with a hotel voucher"

"Clean and spacious room very modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant food and drinks were delicious. Breakfast was good with a range of choices of hot and cold items. AC was fine for me and the family as we do not like freezing cold AC."

"Check in process wasn’t the best. We arrived early and stored our luggage. We were told they would call us when the room was ready, 2 hours after check in time, still not called. Went to reception and room was ready. Room was very clean and comfortable, just a shame it overlooked a car park to the rear of the building. Breakfast was ok, expensive if you don’t book in advance. We wanted to cancel it for our last day - hotel wouldn’t agree to that. Wouldn’t class as 5 star, but a very good 4 star."
