"Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. Will not recommend this hotel to no one that wants to visit Cartagena. "

"The staff were amazing. The places needs an update. Wha I didn’t like is that I had to kill two cockroaches in my room. And there was a bad smell in the bathroom shower. Beds were ok. A table in the room would have been nice to have a place to put my things down on. "
