"Nicoletta our host was in contact with us before we arrives to explain what we should do and where to park. She met us at the car park, she was lovely and showed us around the house, told us what to do and was thoroughly great. Throughout our holiday she kept in touch to take care of any needs. The house is wonderful, we only used the top level which was spacious, well equipped the great views. the property is better in person than the pictures show. We had a glorious time and would stay again....

"We stayed here for 5 nights - and loved the house.It’s well stocked and spacious with quality fixtures & fittings.The outside space is compact but comfortably room for 6 loungers and a lovely dining area with views to the sea beyond. It also has a gas BBQ. Location is perfect for exploring the many lovely beaches & towns north of Olbia. "We really liked the place. Beach, supermarket, several restaurants at walking distance. Airconditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Outside shower in the garden next to the bbq. The terrace was great for breakfast in the morning in the shadow."
