We particularly appreciated how well-equipped the place is for practical matters (such as cooking) as well as for leisure and enjoyment (the games; the table tennis table and, above all, the lovely swimming pool). "L'appartamento è molto grazioso, si nota subito che è una casa viva, curata, accogliente. NON è la solita casa vacanza trascurata 9 mesi l'anno e poi messa a disposizione del turista in uno stato di incuria e mancata manutenzione. L'immobile fa parte di un Residence molto bello, curato e tranquillo e gode di un parcheggio riservato. La posizione è molto buona, in pratica si è a 10 minuti di auto dalla Torba e a 5 minuti di auto da Capalbio Scalo. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e...

"Really quiet place on top of the hill with fantastic view on sea and harbour Porto Santo Stefano. You have to expect a lot of driving with car. Owner react and answering really quickly with kindness and politeness. Few problems he solved very fast. Only one negative is count of mosquitoes. They are everywhere throught the night and evening. Recommend spray repellents and electric repellents."

"Nous avons bien profité de la maison, des alentours. C’est une très belle région. Dommage que le spa ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un peu de vaisselle pour une si grande maison et un-deux parasols pour le bord de la piscine. Sinon c’était parfait. De bons montant de partage. La personne qui s’occupe de la maison est sympathique et serviable. Un immense merci."
