"The cleanliness and artistic presentation is one of the best we have stayed in. There is everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday with a superb large terrace and amazing Marina view. The complex is quiet and yet so close to all amenities and it’s not necessary for a car as all is in walking distance. Annie is a thoughtful caring host and wants to make sure the holiday goes well. This is our second stay and we will book again. Thank you 💛"

"The AC unit was not able to cool the space, we couldn’t sleep in the bedroom, had to use the pull out couch near the AC unit. Still very hot and damp. A long walk to restaurants and services."

"Great location, good internet. Flat appears old and neglected. Needs a lot of tlc. On arrival, in the afternoon, had to drive 2 miles across town to collect keys from a coded key safe outside the agents office. No guidance on the security system and how to access garage or flat. Outside only one useable sun bed and 2 plastic chairs. The other sunbed looked unsafe, was filthy and had a dirty and stained mattress. The one other plastic chair was ingrained with dirt and paint. The patio door lock...

"Great apartment, had everything you would need, beach on doorstep, lovely pool but restrictions open 11-9 closed 3.30-5 so no early or late swim. Not very welcoming to us brits so maybe only Spanish should stay there . Nice area within 30 min walk of everything and if you want to do tourist stuff less than 10 euro by taxi. Only suggestion I would give is for there to be a little info in the apartment, luckily we had a great taxi driver from the airport so used him for everything otherwise would...

"The apartment was very spacious with everything you could possibly need, I would say it is the best equipped apartment we have stayed in. It was very clean and well presented the balcony was amazing with fantastic views. Ideally situated for a relaxing holiday but close enough to shops and restaurants. We hired bikes for the week which I would recommend as it was a great way to get around, the cycle Lane runs around 15k along the coast. "After a few difficult years it was a much needed holiday which lived up to all expectations. Apartment was very clean,very comfortable,a well equipped kitchen including hoover,cleaning products and sprays(polish mosquitos etc) . bedding and towels were plentiful. Both balconies equipped with outdoor furniture AND cushions. Jaqueline and Jose were excellent hosts and the welcome pack,inc wine, was much appreciated after our long drive. Definitely recommend this apartment to everyone."

"The property was having building work carried out while we were staying as it was low season . We were offered an upgrad to a sea view room which was a beautiful view but we still had to pay the upgrade charge . You would have thought this would have been complimentary due to the room being free anyway and to compensate for the building work ."

The building has 6 apartments and looks very tired looking from the exterior, certainly not like the images portrayed when browsing the property online. However, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped for our needs, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, as we're the management company who look after the property. Our only complaint, apart from the exterior appearance, was that the bathroom would have that stale water...
