"Great stay, so family friendly, amazing swimming pools, hot water! Big and comfortable beds, great pillows, only have to say the black out curtains weren't enough to dark the room and living room, which make me wake up at 6am... the breakfast was very good, not 5 stars but good. It was an excellent stay, in an hotel that I definitely recommend! must also talk about the excellency of the La Bodeguita restaurant, there we had a 5 stars gastronomy experience, perfect food!"

"Staff friendly but the rooms are becoming very dated and when you look closely all areas of the resort are looking tired and in need of a refresh. Had to repeatedly ask for refreshments to be topped up. However the food was ok, not amazing but plenty of choice, the wine choice is very limited and over priced 3 x that of supermarket prices. Spa treatments and staff very good, I went there a number of times and felt very comfortable as a male on their own. Plastic cups not great at the pool...

"Very nice property for the money, breakfast buffet was only 11E. Bed & pillows soft and comfortable. Just stayed for the night so we didn’t take advantage of the pool, and the ferry to the beach. Wish we had more time. Only complaint was that the room was hot and stuffy, no a/c available due to cool temps outside. No room fan was available either due to it being late when I called the front desk. "

"Overall the property is nice with an excellent breakfast but cleanliness and staff were disappointing and unfriendly. Check-in took a very long time, we had to sit for 20 min. before we got our key, hairs in the bathroom and one really big tuft of hair on the shower wall. Staff at breakfast were grumpy, tables were not cleaned and set to be seated for new guests so we sat down at a table with tableware and napkins and got a wave and bad reply from the waiter (apparently those tables were meant...
