"The most property is very good for family, there are many activities for children, the beach is very safe also. For lunch and dinner there are many choices but I want to make a remark, could you please add all ingredients for each meal to make sur for vegetarian and non meat eaters to have the right choice, even in Spanish Thank you for your hospitality "

"This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had an array of choices of great food for kids and adults. I also had a chance to go to the Spa to do massages, facial and to the gym. I really took advantage of all the amenities that this hotel offers. Do try to go to Acualandia to the waterpark for kids. Another great activity for the kids. And having the beach walking...

"This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"The apartment was wonderful and the management did a good job. The problem was parking. The information said there was on street parking so I parked on the street. My car was towed because of a festival the next day. After that I struggled to find any parking and ended up at a parking lot about a mile from the apartment. "Mycket nöjd över våran vistelse, vi blev uppgraderade till ett rum med fin utsikt och stor balkong. Kändes som boendet hade stått tomt ett tag då kylskåpet var avstängt och luktade lite. Men annars var allt perfekt!"

Las unicas 3 pegas que le veo, son la recepción, que es muy difícil de encontrarla y su horario es muy escaso; que la cama de matrimonio (que es lo que pedí), no era de matrimonio, era de 135 y se queda muy escueta para dormir 2 adultos en condiciones y que para cambiar las toallas y sábanas, tienes que bajar tu a recepción las mismas y te daban otras limpias, cuando lo lógico, es que te las suban al apartamento. "Walking into the room, you can feel the quality. I had a lunch there too and it was great! The stake was cooked right. They also help me figure out how to get to my destination in town. As I don’t speak Spanish very well it was hard for me to call a taxi and Uber is not available. They didn’t call for me but they solved my issue. Thanks so much!"
