"Fabulous property and wonderful helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully appointed as is everything you’d except from a chateaux & relais property. We would definitely return. The only downside was that the hotel was not serving dinner in the lovely dining room. However they did serve snacks and had a full bar. "

"Remember to book the spa in advance, plunge pool not very deep and some of the jacuzzi jets not working, other than that it was fabulous. Roof top bar and pool also great. Monte Gordo a solid up and coming location, not over developed for tourism. Worth getting out the town to Tavira or other beautiful algarve coast line locations - roads very smooth for driving."

"Great welcoming even if we arrived quite late at night. The room was spacious, confortable and so clean. The hotel is located in a quiet place a little bit outside Tavira, it was a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was one of the best I had during my stay in the Algarve area. Free shuttle and boat tickets to go to the Cabanas island with is close to the hotel. Best experience experience in Algarve, I'll come back !!"
