It’s fine for the price, but they advertise online that they have a continental breakfast, and I even asked at the front desk if they had that and was told they did. All they had were 20 off brand honeybuns, bad coffee and orange juice. So would appreciate more honest marketing.

At first assigned a room with scraps on walls, dirty doors, the bathroom’s door damaged and bathtub rush and water leaking. Reported, maintenance said: it was okay… no problem, but did little o nothing. At midnight gives another room.

Property is dirty, smelly, and many amenities are broken. Room was dirty and towels are stained. Hotel provided no wash cloths as usual and when asked they told us just to wash with the towels. Lamps didnt work, beds were stained, staff was unhelpful.

The room I was in had a funky urine smell. I suspect it might have be from a previous guest with pets. Room did not feel too cleanly. Either way I wasn’t expecting much to begin with. The hotel was only a 4 minute drive away from the Observatory where I went to a show that night.

No alarm clock, no mini fridge, no modern outlets for tech and the one outlet I was able to access I had to move the nightstand to get to. I was on the opposite side of the building from the 405 but I could clearly hear the noise from the freeway. Tub was stained by who knows what. Also no coffee maker, I can live without many thing but no coffee was a horrible way to start the day. If you're looking for little more than a place to lay your head this might be the place/

Roaches greeted us upon entering the cigarette smelling room. Photos do NOT look like actual rooms. Reserved deluxe king room & was given twin room. Lamps didn’t work. Staff didn’t believe us about the roaches but were cooperative enough to change our room. Right next to freeway so lots there’s of transients of course.Get what you paid for so not bad if you want to save some money.
