"I enjoyed myself here. Not alot of English speaking staff but I was able to manage. The beach wasnt cleaned from all the seaweed. The parties were fun. Some pools filter was off all day... making it very sketchy for me. So I didnt get in certain pools. They have about 5 of them. Nice place far from the strip. Quiet. I wouldn't attend this resort again though."

"Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the hotel. We truly enjoyed the beautiful facilities, the location, the food, and the atmosphere. It is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a vacation. I would especially like to recognize several members of the staff who were very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Their service really made a difference in our stay. However, I would also like to mention one area for improvement. We noticed that some members of the staff often appeared to be upset or in a bad mood, and at times their attitude felt a little distant. I completely understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but in a hotel where the guest experience is so important, a friendly attitude and a smile can make a big difference. Despite this, our overall experience was very positive, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because with a few small improvements in customer service, the hotel could provide an even better experience for its guests."

"The overall experience was great. From the moment we arrived from the airport, we were treated very well. Our butler Fernando did an amazing job. Any questions we had he answered and if he didn’t know he would find out. The staff at the pool did an amazing job. We interacted with the majority of the staff. Food was great perfect portions and perfect taste."
