Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
La villa a besoin de grandes rénovations et d'entretien à tous les niveaux; Toilette qui ne fonctionne pas, manque d'eau, robinet dans un évier et les lavabos qui ne coule pas dans plusieurs chambres. Douche qui fonctionne mal, poignée de portes brisées, eau qui coule du plafond de l'air climatisé, le toit coulait, air climatisé dans les chambres et très chaud dans les airs communs. Dans la cuisine principale, les chaudrons sont en très mauvais état, manque de couteau. En résumé, un très beau site avec un très bel environnement où se trouve une villa qui manque beaucoup d'entretien. Et ce manque d'entretien n'est pas du au travailleur sur place.
